I offer translation services from English, Japanese, Norwegian, and Danish to Swedish. These services include translation, proofreading, and subtitling.
I started working as a freelancing translator in 2015. Since then, I have mostly worked with texts related to IT and Marketing. For example, I have translated webpages, technical instructions, ads, help pages, product information, and other types of information targeted to customers. I also have extensive experience working with material from the Travel Industry and the Business Travel Industry, such as articles, travel guides, travel videos, and material for employee-focused training courses, etc.
I always use a CAT tool (computer-assisted translation tool) when translating. Examples of tools I have used so far are Phrase (Memsource), MemoQ, Trados, XTM, Transtool, and Smartling. However, I see myself as fairly technologically literate and would probably not have any trouble using other tools if necessary.
